| TYPES OF ROOMS | All the rooms are nicely furnished. The rooms have their own bathroom, refrigerator, free thé and coffee, WIFI and a flat screen TV with a build-in radio and cable TV that include international channels. |
| Standard single room | A well-arranged single room with a single bed (90*200 cm) and a working/dining table. The minimum size of the room is 10 m². |
| Superior single room | A large single room furnished with a bed measuring 140*200 cm, a working/dining table and a wardrobe. The minimum size of the room is 13 m². |
| Standard double room | Well-furnished double room with a double bed (180*200 cm), a working/dining table and a wardrobe. This type of room is available as a twin room as well – furnish with to single beds (90*200 cm) instead of a double bed. The minimum size of the room is 14 m². |
| Superior double room | A large double room with a double bed (180*200 cm), a working/dining table and a wardrobe. This type of room is available in a Twin-format – this means, that the double bed is replaced by two single beds (90*200 cm). Furthermore it is possible to get a room with a balcony, a couch or a room where the bedroom and the living room is en suite. All superior rooms are placed on 2nd and 3rd floor. The minimum size of the room is 20 m². |
| 3-bed room | A well-arranged room with a double bed (180*200c,) and a single bed (90*200), a working/dining table and a wardrobe. This type of room is also available with 3 single beds instead. The minimum size of the room is 20 m². |
| 3-bed family room | A large room on ground floor – consisting of 3 rooms and bathroom. Two separate bedrooms – one with a single bed (90*200cm) and another with a double bed (1800*200cm). Additionally there is a shared living room with a working/dining table. There is a separate entrance to this room and a parking place right at the entrance. The room size is 32 m². |
| 4-beds family room | A large room on 5th floor. It has two separate bedrooms – both rooms are furnished with a double bed (180*200cm). There is a shared living room with a working/dining table. The one bedroom can additionally be furnished with two single beds instead of a double bed. The bathroom is shared and can only be entered through one of the bedrooms. The room is 43 m². |
