Cancelations of reservations

Free of charge – individual reservations can be cancelled a day prior arrival, before 4 pm. In case of later cancelation or no-show the charge is the room price, for the first night.

Group reservations can free of charge be cancelled up to 60 days prior arrival.

• After 60 days and up to 30 days prior arrival, 50% of the rooms can be cancelled for no charge.
• After 30 days and up to 10 days prior arrival, 25% of the rooms can be cancelled for no charge.
• After 10 days and up to 2 days prior arrival, 5% of the rooms can be cancelled for no charge.
• In case of any later cancellation the full amount will be charged – according to the ordered number of rooms.
• For no-shows, late arrivals, early departures the hotel claims the right to a compensation equal to the full amount of the ordered rooms.
